Having narrowly missed out on a final appearance in 2016, the Boomanulla Raiders slipped further down the pecking order as they finished eighth last season.

The Raiders managed to claim one big scalp in 2017 as they beat the North Canberra Bears and were competitive in narrow defeats to Binalong and Boorowa.

However, their inability to defeat teams near them on the ladder didn’t help their finals chances.

Boomanulla boast the 5th best attack in the competition and the 7th best defence.
