The Bungendore Tigerettes were a force to be reckoned with in 2017 as they navigated their way through the season undefeated.

The Tigers narrowly missed the finals as they finished three points behind 5th placed Binalong.

Their place was a true reflection of their form as the Tigers didn’t lose a game to any of the sides outside the top five but were unable to win a game against any of the teams above them on the ladder.

Bungendore’s attack ranked as the sixth best in the competition, while their defence was ranked fifth.

The Tigerettes had an unbelievable season in 2017 as they managed to win the Premiership while remaining undefeated.

Having lost last year’s grand final to Harden in what was a 7-6 defeat, the Tigerettes ensured they would claim the title this year with a 28-16 win against the same opponents.

Bungendore blitzed the regular season having accrued 784 points, over 300 more points than their closest rivals. In addition to this, they conceded a measly 24 points.

As a result of this, their attack and defence were the best in the competition.

Points Against:510

The Tigers struggled in the Youth League as they failed to win a game for the 2017 season.

Despite this, the Tigers started their semi final with plenty of vigour as they took an early lead against eventual runners-up, North Canberra. Unfortunately for Bungendore, they ran out of steam along the way and succumbed to a 46-4.

Their defence and attack were ranked fifth in the competition.
