The Bungendore Tigers annual Huddy Day is back this weekend, raising money for the Ricky Stuart Foundation.
It is the Bungendore Tigers fourth season hosting the event, which supports and brings awareness to those on the autism spectrum.
Huddy Fogarty-Apps is a young player from the Bungendore Tigers who is the driving force behind this event, along with his mother Naomi, who is the club secretary.
This year each Bungendore team will be wearing Huddy Day jerseys, with the theme Wolverine – Huddy’s favourite character.
After the game, the playing jerseys of the men’s team will be auctioned off, with all money raised going to the Ricky Stuart Foundation. There will also be a raffle on the day for the number 8 jersey (Huddy’s playing number) that was signed by Ricky Stuart and Brett White.
If anyone would like to put a bid on any of the jumpers, send a private message to the Bungendore Tigers Facebook page or to Tony Rayner on 0418 625 312.
